Collection Process


If your pre-authorized payment is returned to us as unpaid, you will be charged a return fee if such a fee is allowed in your state, in addition to fees that your bank may charge you. Your account will be automatically forwarded to our internal Collection Department who may require immediate payment of the entire loan principal and fees.

Failure to resolve the default will result in your account being referred to an external Collection Agency and several credit reporting agencies that are specific to this industry.
