The Master Loan Agreement applies to the first loan and all subsequent loans you may get from BestCashAdvance®. It is shown in detail for you to print and read after you complete the loan application.

The Master Loan Agreement has the following sections:

• Regulation B - Assurance of non-discrimination.
• Regulation Z - Truth In Lending disclosures.
• Regulation E - Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement.
• Arbitration Clause to settle disputes.
• Agreement not to participate in class action lawsuits.
• Return Payment fee.

There is no loan commitment by you until after we call you and answer all your questions and you tell us to proceed.
